Status in terms of compliance with the act
The website is partially compliant with the Act of April 4, 2019 on digital accessibility of websites and mobile applications of public entities due to non-compliance or inclusions listed below:
- selected documents published on the website may be unavailable due to the fact that: they come from different sources (e.g. from the authors of project proposals), which made it impossible to influence their target content and shape, they were published based on the principles of the Participatory Budget, they have a structure, in which there is no possibility of interference, were published before the entry into force of the Digital Accessibility Act,
- most photos and graphic materials are provided with alternative text, but there may be some - especially those published before the entry into force of the Digital Accessibility Act, in which an alternative description was missing; in current materials of this type published on the platform, we make every effort to ensure that they are created in accordance with the recommendations of accessibility.
Exclusions:
- some graphic files (maps and visual documentation) are exempt from the obligation to provide alternative descriptions

It was built based on the Responsive Web Design method, thanks to which it automatically adjusts website modules to the screen resolution of the mobile device.

Procedure
Everyone has the right to request the availability of a digital website, mobile application or any element thereof. You can also request information in alternative forms, such as reading a digitally unavailable document, describing the content of a film without audio description, etc. The request should include the data of the person making the request, an indication of which website or mobile application it is about and the method of contact. If the requesting person requests information in an alternative form, he should also specify the form of this information.
The public entity should fulfill the request immediately and no later than within 7 days. If it is not possible to meet this deadline, the public entity shall immediately inform about when it will be possible to fulfill the request, but this period may not be longer than 2 months. If accessibility is not possible, the public entity may propose an alternative way of accessing the information.
In the event that the entity refuses to comply with the request to provide access or alternative access to information, you can file a complaint against such action.
After exhausting all possibilities, the complaint can also be sent to the Commissioner for Human Rights.
